Women of Color Empowerment Conference

Unlike past conferences, this year will focus specifically on Social Justice in America. Due to COVID-19, the conference will be a one-day socially distanced in-person conference focused on social justice leadership activation. The conference will take place at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.
On September 11, 2021 the event will kick off the day helping women of color to understand we all have a role to play in the social justice movement and how we can lead from where we stand. Attendees will hear from nationally renowned speakers, participate in thought-provoking breakout sessions and network with other leaders throughout the state and nation. There will be leaders present from a variety of professional sectors, including law, government, business, technology, not-for-profit, medicine, academia and more.
The Women of Color Empowerment Conference has evolved into a “must attend” conference for leaders, especially women of color. The conference sells out weeks in advance and offers unparalleled programming. Attendees leave the conference refreshed and with the realization that there is value in forming relationships with other high energy, motivated and accomplished professionals.
